Buy it without a new solicitation
Procurement is usually the longest part of this project, not the installation. If your agency already holds a cooperative contract, you can often skip the solicitation entirely.

| Your own solicitation | Larger multi-site rollouts. We will supply the technical specification language so the requirement is written around code compliance rather than around a product. |

What we will send your procurement officer
A W-9, certificate of insurance, the line schedule with pricing, the technical specification, and the compliance documentation for the specific devices proposed. If your agency needs a particular form or portal registration, tell us which and we will complete it.
If a cooperative route is not available to you, say so early — it changes the sequence, not the outcome.
